Cornerstone Recovery Coaching provides professional Evaluations and Assessments Counseling, Classes, Victim Impact Panels and Support Groups to individuals involved in the Court System, Motor Vehicle Bureaus, Military, Special Safety Sensitive Employment and other various arenas. 

 

Our substance abuse providers possess specific credentials in the area of Substance Abuse or Chemical Dependency and are either Licensed or Certified through the Department of Health and Human Services and maintain all required credentialling. 

 

We utilize the latest technology to offer programs designed originally for Rural areas and through our 12 years tenure, have a wild database of Probation Partners throughout the US,

that we work with to make sure that those affected by loss of funding can meet their requirements.  These individuals must have permission through either their county, probation officer, case worker, judge etc., to be able to take our programs.  They also have to sign a waiver stating they are aware that they need to confirm permission for use of this program. 

 

We have therapists across the nation that belong to specific membership organizations, who we work with, for those that need to see a therapist in person or for a more formal diagnosis.

ASSESSMENT & REPORT FEATURE

• Administration of standard and propietary professional substance abuse screening tools (multiple screenings for cross-checking)

• American Psychiatric Association DSM-5 criteria used for all diagnositic determinations

• Recommendations for education and treatment as deemed appropriate

• Narrative portion in all reports provides a unique and individualized rationale for diagnoses and/or treatment recommendations

• Extensive assessment services with availability of third party collateral contacts, medical record reviews or consults, and extended reporting also available.
